Here you will find a series of several questions and answers that will certainly be able to help you.

My material

It couldn’t be easier! Simply go to “My material” and click on the “Add new material” button.

You have the option to specify the barcode of your material or another reference related to the material you want to add. It may be that our database can automatically make you a proposal identical to your material.

You then have the option to accept the proposal or manually add and encode all your data by clicking on the “Add Manually” button.

We work very hard to have an exhaustive database of material to make your life easier!

Just go to “My material” and click on the 3 dots button to the right of a tile. You will then have a menu that will appear with the possibility to edit the sheet.

You must go to “My material” and click on the photo of one of your sheet. This will display the full listing.

Yes, it couldn’t be easier, just select (or drag) them in the “Gallery” area. It is possible to place a maximum of 15 photos.

In the “General” tab, you need to go to your “Gallery”. Automatically, the first image is used as the main image of your sheet. To edit, simply move the images to the “Gallery” and put the desired image in the first position.

Yes, in your material sheet, in the “General” tab, you have the option to select an invoice in the “Drag & drop your invoice or browse” area.

You can also mention the purchase price, the date of purchase and the seller (the seller must be entered in your address book beforehand).

Yes, of course! To do this, you need to go to your material sheet, then to the “Associate Material” tab. You will be able to select the references of the material to be associated. Depending on your selection, the information of the associated material will be displayed as well as the complete length of your association (ideal for knowing the length of platforms to have for a complete type of train!).

Example: I want to combine my basic TGV Duplex trainset with all my other additional sets of carriages for the TGV Duplex, I just have to select the references of the material to be combined. At the bottom of the page, the full length of the association is displayed. This will allow me to know approximately the length of the dock on my model.

Yes, to do this, you need to go to one of your sheet and go to the “Functions & Programming” tab. You will be able to indicate all the functions and how they have been programmed. And if you’ve been lucky, the platform will have already pre-filled a significant amount of data. You will also be able to attach various documents that are important to you.

You can find this function in one of your records in the “Maintenance & Manual” tab.
Manufacturers require that the material be checked after X hours according to certain prescriptions (oil, wheels, etc.). The platform can notify you when it needs to be done by encoding some useful information.

You can also attach the manufacturer’s manual for ease of use.

Yes, you still have a “Actions” or “Options” button. You can export to Excel.

Of course, you always have a “Actions” or “Options” button. A web page will open and simply ask your web browser to print the page.

Yes, you still have a “Actions” or “Options” button. A web page will open and simply ask your web browser to print the page. Automatically, the format will adapt according to your printer/label format. Please note that this function is not compatible with the “Safari” browser.

It’s a QR code that shows the unique identifier of your material. This is very important for those with a barcode/QR scanner and who have an immense amount of material. As each material is attached to a unique identifier, if you scan the QR code in the platform, your material is found instantly!

No, it’s not possible yet, but we’re already working on it! You will receive an informative email when the feature is available (if you are subscribed to the Lebi Modelism newsletter).

Yes, when you go to “My material”, you have a text field at the top right called “Search”. You can search by keyword. If you want to make a much more precise search, you have a button at the top right called “Filters”, which will allow you to make a very precise search according to different criteria.

My sellers

This is your address book of your salespeople from whom you have purchased material. Ideal so that you don’t make a mistake when there is a defective material, you can directly see where you bought it from!

Just go to “My material” and click on the 3 dots button to the right of a tile. You will then have a menu that will appear with the possibility to edit the sheet.

Yes, you have a search box located at the top right called “Search Contact”

Parameters

You can create your own Manufacturers, Categories, and subcategories. This is because we may not have thought of all manufacturers or you may have a different tree to classify your material (although we have chosen a standard classification that can be used by everyone)

You can create your own tags for your material. The tags that are hatched are the tags that are already available, but you can create new ones 😉

Central Manager

This is not yet available, but already partially presented on your account? Then you’re very lucky! However, it won’t be available until early 2024.

Lebi Modelism will act as a “bridge” with your Central Station and therefore be able to connect. Be careful, there are several elements to take into account for this to work.

  • For now, only possible with the Central Station in Märklin (we will work soon and see how ESU works)
  • The Central Station will need to be connected to your local network via Ethernet or WiFi

Via a very easy-to-understand wizard, you will have to follow the different steps so that our platform can detect your Central Station.

You will be able to connect via your computer, smartphone or tablet. It will then be possible to be with several people on the same Central Station and to be able to drive different trains! You will also be able to make different backups in Lebi Modelism (e.g. make a backup of the Central Station).

This is just the beginning of integration. We are going to do our best to deport the entire Central Station via Lebi Modelism!
